01The client

The catalog includes brands such as Amoul and Heyer (emergency and defibrillation), Argus (endoscopy), MDK Med (infusion and syringe pumps), Siriusmed and Magnamed (mechanical ventilation) and Unitec Hospitalar (oxygen therapy).

Sales are restricted to registered businesses (CNPJ). The buyer is a healthcare institution's procurement department, not the end consumer.

02The challenge

For an institutional buyer, every new supplier means checking registration, lead times and paperwork. Medtrix wanted to take that work off the buyer's plate: if a product is in the catalog, it has already been vetted.

The platform had to make that clear on the first visit and also serve people buying accessories and replacements, such as infusion sets and syringes specific to each pump.

03The solution

The catalog is split between equipment (MDK ME11, MI20 and MI23 infusion pumps, MS31 and MS56 syringe pumps, among others) and compatible accessories, with a page for each supplier. Buyers can request a quote or talk directly over WhatsApp.

A blog follows industry regulation, with articles on the changes in RDC 509/2021, cutting costs in the hospital supply center and choosing a multiparameter monitor for the ICU.
