01The client

The product starts from a concept Wooshy calls the Human Twin™: a picture of the athlete built from their watch, Strava, sleep, heart rate and the perceived effort they log themselves.

The app covers cycling, running, tennis and wellness, and runs on a subscription.

02The challenge

That data sits scattered across different apps, each with its own chart. A human coach would solve it, but most amateur athletes don't have one.

Wooshy needed to bring the sources together and turn the numbers into recommendations, in language any athlete can understand.

03The solution

The app pulls together training, sleep and heart rate data and cross-references it with the athlete's own logged perception. From there, the AI generates recommendations tied to each person's goal and recent sessions.

The app is published on the App Store and Google Play. According to its Google Play listing, no user data is shared with third parties.
